Pete Peters is Executive Vice President at Southeast Mortgage, one of the Southeast’s longest-standing independent mortgage banks, in business since 1993. With nearly 28 years of origination experience, Pete has worked at every level of the mortgage business — as a loan officer, manager, and executive — and has never stopped personally originating loans. He brings that full depth of experience to every client relationship.

He is known for his straightforward approach, deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines, and ability to find solutions that others miss — particularly for borrowers with complex financial situations.
